Maths Exam & End Of ‘Semester’ 2

On Wednesday I had a Maths exam for Key Skills. It went okay, I did zero revision, so let’s just hope I did okay. I’ve had a bad record of exams in Maths. I got an E in GCSE, and then I retook it I got an E again. I’m hoping I can achieve well in this, if I don’t pass – then I have to retake AND pay for it in Easter. I don’t know when I will find out, but I shall tell you when I have done so.

Also on Wednesday I basically finished all the assignments needed in for the ‘semester’ – American’s are probably fond of this word – it means ‘half year’. So I got signed off & was allowed to go home early as well as several other people in my class – and therefore will be having a four day weekend! I had yesterday off, and today – then its the usual weekend. Next week we begin with a new timetable – basic changes are the lessons, Monday’s are now longer and Friday’s are our day off. Basically they’ve just moved what would have been on a Friday onto Monday, as we have been finishing every day apart from Wednesday at lunch time. I prefer longer days, but it is nice to get home for lunch too I guess.

Anywhizzle I have a driving lesson tomorrow – first proper one, the last one was a tester in the automatic car (i’ve switched to automatic), we’re still on the search for car. So I guess I’m going to go and continue relaxing with my long weekend & get excited for the Celebrity Big Brother Final – gonna miss out Popstar To Operastar & watch it tomorrow on Sky+ as I’m recording it (:

    I totally hear you about a bad record with math, dude. Numbers and I simply do not get along, in any way, shape, or form — To the extent where I even have difficulty remembering my own cell phone number. Often. e_e;

    Best of luck with your driving lesson — I still don’t have my full license! Mostly because I don’t feel like paying insane amounts of money for gas or insurance when I’m perfectly capable of walking everywhere I need to go … Plus, I hate driving instructors. They think they’re top shit, when they most definitely are not. -_-;

    Here’s hoping your maths went well, hopefully you won’t need to retake it again.
    Have fun with ye ol’ driving lesson. I can’t wait to drive, though I do sort of enjoy getting th train in a way. I guess cause I don’t have to do it everyday, so it’s kinda nice sitting with your ipod and a book staring out the window or whatever.
